I am on F-1 visa. Today while I was working on a gas station I sold alcohol to a undercover underage. After he left two officer walked in and wrote me citation for selling alcohol to minor. They did not arrest me at the spot. They asked me if I have taken the alcohol selling class. I said yes but actually I have not taken any classes. My concern is what should I do now to get out of this trouble? If any body has gone through this trouble please share it here, it will be really helpful. I am in Houston Texas, so if anybody know any good lawyer to handle this kind of case please recommend.

You did the best thing by telling them you had taken classes; otherwise you would be arrested and then somebody had to bail you. Now, the first thing that you do is go to learn2serve.com and take the online TABC class. Use 'txonline' promo code to get $5 discount. Print out the temporary certificate until the original is mailed out to you. Present the certificate to the judge and the citation will be dismissed for the first time. The class is so helpful that you won't do that mistake again and your confidence is also built up about serving alcohol responsibly. Good luck!!!
