Your name truly defines you. There can be more than 1 consulate office in a country. Embassies and consulates are different. Not only canada, look at other countries like australia....

there can be any number of consulates of Nepal in Canada like there are more than one consulates of Canada in the US. siimple. consulate are appointed based on the needs of the communities and their jobs is not just to deal with the government like an ambassador does but they also deal with different problems of Nepali communities and other social and business entities.
