I have rented an apartment near maverick T stop(blue line).5 minute walk from T stop. 10 minute away from down town Boston.Three buses stops right in the apartment building.It has three large rooms"(each of which can be a bed room).It is in third floor .It has back porch .I am using two of the rooms(since I have a small baby of few months) .There is a large freeze in the apartment and a kitchen, bathroom is pretty good.Landlord is very nice(but you do not have to deal wih the land lord since the lease is in my name).So I am looking for some one (or, a couple ) to take one bed room.If you are single and want to share the room with your friend ,that is also okay for me.We should keep the common space(Passage,bath room,and kitchen together) clean together.
If you are really interested to live in cheap place ,it might be good for you.You will have to pay $450 a month.If you split this rent with your friend you will pay $213/per head per month.The utilities will be splitted equally .If you want to live in winter ,the rent goes down by $50 dollar(you will pay only $400).The loundary is 2 minute away from the apartment.If you are looking for the apartment,please let me know.I am graduate student in Boston,very quite ,clean, and responsible.It is available from August.You must pay the rent at the beginning of the month(since I have to pay the landord at the beginning ).No extra charges.Please feel welcome to send any inquiry.Thanks.

Room still available chha.If you are really looking for cheapest place, it may be good.It costs aproximately $450/month.You do not have to sign the lease.If you are interested ,we can meet some time in August 1,2.( I have not moved in yet,But I am moving on August 1).
