I personally know 2 students whose visa were rejected in Canada, don't know or heard of anyone whose visa have been rejected in mexico yet. I personally suggest you go to Mexico and if you are, definitely contact victor garcia, he will be of big help. http://www.victorgarciainternational.com/ Hope this helps

If you go to Canada and if you don't get a visa you can find some nepalese and room with them, can start your life and apply for a refugee but If you go to Mexico you can contact the garcia guy and might help you out. But if you go to canada specially to toronto try to set up your Visa appointment up early coz its usually be packed for months a head. GOOD LUCK
