While filing I-130 for parents, does any one submitted any other document instead of birth certificate? My friend's birth certificate from Nepal has discrepancies. Does anyone knows what other document is considered equivalent to birth certificate and will accept by USCIS? Appreciate your thoughts on this matter. Thanks!

Thanks Nas! So I should tell my friend to submit Nata Pramanik in place of birth certificate along with I-130?
