Has Nepal picked up on Internet Banking? Which banks there offer this service? If a Nepali has a bank account in Nepal, and lives and works in US, can he transfer/wire money directly to his own Bank accoutnt? Is not this a bit tricky as there is no receiver in Nepal's end. Just wondering.  Anyone having this experience, pls post.

Yes man definitely you can wire transfer your fund from USA to your bank account in Nepal (not online though.) you need to go to your bank in US and remit the fund to your account in nepal. You'll need your account number, swift code of the nepali bank that you have account with. Hope this helps.

Hahaha freaks grow up...... Almost every bank has online banking these days... And some of them even have mobile and text banking... And as baneswor said u can transfer ur money from ur US bank a/c to Nepal bank account using swift banking.
