गृहमन्त्री रमेश लेखकले विपद् जोखिम न्यूनीकरण तथा व्यवस्थापनमा तीनै तहका सरकारीबीच समन्वय र सहकार्य जरुरी रहेको बताएका छन् । आज गृह मन्त्रालयमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा गृहमन्त्री लेखकले संघ, प्रदेश र स्थानीय सरकारको क्षेत्राधिकार बाँडफाँटमा पनि विपद् व्यवस्थापन तीन वटै तहको कार्यक्षेत्रमा पर्ने बताएका हुन् ।

विद्यालय शिक्षा विधेयक प्रतिनिधिसभा अन्तर्गतको शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा सूचना प्रविधि समितिमा विचाराधीन छ । लामो समयदेखि यो विधेयक टुंगो लाग्न सकेको छैन । सरकारका कारणले गर्दा यो विधेयक पारित हुनबाट रोकिएको समितिका सांसदलहरूले बताउन लागेका छन् ।
