 How to send text messages to NTC phone numbers online?

Is there any working method to send text messages to NTC phone number with any free online web services?

Back in the day ntc websms was a thing. I used to use sparrow sms for some time. I havent found any free services. You can check with your cell phone plan. I have att prepaid and i can text to Nepal without any additional cost.
