8 years in the US and I have literally zero idea about home buying process. the interest rate is around 7% and the typical house cost around 500 to 1.5 million in my area . im interested in purchasing a house that cost around 750 . (कित घर कित ग्रिन कार्ड बिना केटि नभेटिने अवस्थाले गर्दा ) my question is ,,,, I heard that there R some initiatives/ discount or whatever for first time home buyer . Does it apply to US the citizen/PR only or people like us who are in temporary visa can be benefitted from ?

You would have to do some research on those initiatives. You won't get an FHA loan so you will have to get a conventional one. As far as requirements, you need a stable job, decent income and good credit to get a loan. Talk to a few vendors and see what they offer l.
