I don't know about other movies but "Hotel Ruwanda" and "March of the Penguins" are worth watching. It's an old one but if you haven't seen yet, try "Caravan" but remember it's known as "The Himalaya" in US. I also saw "Bhedako Oon Jasto" (I don't know if the spelling is correct). It's regarding the search of the same song by Nepathya group in the Gosikunda area. It's worth watching too.

Mine hereunder: Amadeus (film adaptation of the Peter Shaffer play on Mozart) Il Postino (for Neruda enthusiasts, myself included!) Stealing Beauty (another Bertolucci one - Jeremy Iron couldn't do it better, and Liv Tyler, oh yes) Last Tango in Paris (Bertolucci again) Color Purple (Only Spielburg could do it, who else!) Aagantuk (by India's cine genious Ray) The Chess Player (Ray) Pather Panchali (Ray again) My Left Foot The Tin Drum (based on the Gunter Grass novel, in German) Death in Venice Surviving Picasso (Hopkins at his best) Cinema Paradiso Nowhere in Africa Most films by Fellini, Polanski, Spielberg films The list goes on. Ps: They say, our own Numa Fung is a cracking film.
