Pls take patient to any community hospital.Search for it based on the place u r now.Suppose I am at "Washington State".I would search for "Washington Community Hospital"

Unless it is a contagious disease, they wont do much . Best thing you can do is take him/her to an ER . Dont tell them that you know about the cancer. Just describe them the symptoms , they might run some test and figure out about the cancer. They might do something then.

Take them to the nearest good hospital ER and they will do the preliminary care and diagnostic testing. Do not tell them about the disease. If the do other test within the hospital, just go for it and they will tell you the result as well the treatment plan. Never let them know that you knew it. Ask for help and anything they can do or if any organization might help. Do not be late and if it is cancer it spreads faster as it's stages goes up and days of living will be shorten ( sorry to say this but it had been through my family). Do not be late.
