Nepal hand in Naxal strike? ;SNS & IANS MUMBAI/KATHMANDU, 22 MAY: Maharashtra home minister Mr Jayant Patil today feared involvement of Maoists from Nepal in the Wednesday’s Naxalite attack on counter-insurgency commandos in Dhanora taluka of Gadchiroli district in which two officers and 14 constables including five women were killed by the insurgents. Mr Patil told reporters after visiting the site of encounter between the police and Naxalites at Hattigota forests of Dhanora that the state police was collecting more information to ascertain the involvement of Maoists from Nepal. The police suspected such involvement since the frequency of attacks has not only increased in last few months but the insurgents were getting improved sets of weapons, the source of which could only be tracked down to the sympathisers from the Himalayan state. The state police have a special anti-Naxalite centre headed by an IG rank officer at Nagpur.  The minister spoke his mind after the funeral of the cops in Gadchiroli district. The Naxalites  turned violent since their call for a two-day general strike (bandh) elicited just a modest response. About 35 police personnel have been killed by Naxalites in four months. The last encounter took place on 30 January in the same Dhanora area in which 15 cops fell to the Naxalite bullets and mortars. In that attack mortars were used form the first time raising suspicion about the source weapon supply. However, Mr Patil said the leader of Wednesday police team inspector Ashok Aiyar and sub-inspector Shantaram Ghorpade had rushed to take on insurgents without informing the Control Room. Apparently, they underestimated the number of Naxalites who were waiting to ambush the team of commandos. The team of 16 cops was vastly outnumbered by the attackers. The minister has announced Rs 25 lakh in compensation to each family with government jobs for two besides free dwellings and medical care. In Kathmandu, a 32-year-old Indian who had come to invest in Nepal only four months ago was killed in a remote town in the far west of the country, police said today. Vishal Jain from Agra came to Nepal to invest in and help run a condiments factory in Mahendranagar in Kanchanpur district. Jain was returning home from the Vaijanath Katha Factory he used to run with relatives Saturday when he was kidnapped, the police said. His family received a call for ransom with the kidnappers asking for NRS 20 million. After negotiations, the family agreed to pay NRS 1.10 million but there was no trace of the kidnapped man. On Wednesday, the police found his body in a forest. His hands and feet were tied, a gag was placed over his mouth and a blindfold over his eyes. The body bore stab marks as well as bullet injuries. A port mortem report said he had died due to gunshot wounds. No one has been arrested yet.

इतिहासले देखाएको छ- राष्ट्रको पक्षमा, जनताको पक्षमा नीतिहरू, भनाईहरू, पोलिसीहरू केन्द्रित छन् । जसले यसलाई ठिक हो भनेर आउँछ त्यो राष्ट्रवादी हो । जसले ठिक होइन भन्छ त्यो अराष्ट्रिय हुन्छ । यो सोझो कुरा हो । हिजोको मण्डले अहिले माओवादीले भनेको ठिक हो भनेपछि उ चै सच्चिएको हुन्छ । हिजोको माओवादी अहिले ठिक छैन भनेर गयो भने त्यो चै विदेशी या सामन्तीको दलाल हुन्छ । माओवादी भनेको यो देशको राष्ट्रियता र लोकतन्त्र, सङ्घीयता र परिवर्तनको निम्ति सबैभन्दा बढी बलिदानी गरेको र स्पष्ट दृष्टिकोण भएको पार्टी हो । यसको विरोध गरे त्यो बेठिक हुन्छ । र्समर्थन गरे त्यो ठिक हुन्छ । माओवादी जबसम्म राष्ट्र र जनता प्रति इमानदार हुन्छ यसको र्समर्थनमा आउँदै जानेमान्छे सच्चिँदै गएको हुन्छ नत्र बिग्रिदैँ गएको हुन्छ ।

यी सबै प्रचारबाजी हुन् । यो प्रतिक्रियावादीहरूले फूदाँ जोडेर सर्न्दर्भविहीन कुरा । दुइ वर्षघिको टेप ल्याएजस्तो गर्‍या मात्रै हो । जब म कटवाल प्रकरणमा अघि बढिराखेको थिए राजदूतहरूले यो कार्य नगरियोस् भन्ने थियो । भारतीय राजदूत राकेश सूदसँगको कुराकानीमा पनि यो विषयमा कुरा भएकै हो । मैले उनलाई यो विषयमा तिमीसँग कुरा गरेर साध्य छैन् जरुरी पर्छ भने तिम्रा ठूला अफिसरहरूलाई बोलाउ, उनीहरूसँग कुरा गर्छु भनेको हुँ मैले । फटाहाहरूले उल्टोपाल्टो पारे । जनताले राम्रोसँग बुझिदिनुपर्‍यो । मैले उनीहरू सामु झुक्नका लागि होइन । जे गरेको छु ठिक गरेको छु भन्नलाई पो बोलाउ भनेको हुँ । यहाँ त कुर्सी जोगाउन र झुक्नको लागि आइदेउ भन्यो भनेर प्रचार भयो । यो चै शब्दहरूलाई जोडेर बनाइएको प्रचारबाजी मात्रै हो ।

From the last election i calculated that maoists had 35% of the total vote and remainder of communist parties had another near 35% votes. Thats why i said almost 70% communists sympathizers in Nepal. Dont forget that UML has a similar past as Maos. The only difference is that UML started revolution with chopping people's head with Khukuri and Maoist started with blowing up people's head with a gun. The Gun is just an upgrade of Khukuri. To me there is no idealogical diference between any communists in Nepal. One is more friendlier to Congress and India and the other wants to be more freindlier to Madhesh party and china. One doesnt make more democratic than the other just becasue it sides with so called democratic party.

So Nepal is composed of 70% sympatheziers. Its hard to accept but thats the truth.

Since 2006 Nepali Communists party came in existence and all of them landed to multy party system and participated in election.Due to acceptance of multy party system by the party leader caders revolt and form parallel party and start to strenthen party like recently Mr Matrika Yadav has done.Its human nature a man becomes less aggressive after certain age and accept communism cant be acheivable otherwise leaders of Naxalite movements Mr Mohan Chandra Adhikari,Radha Krishna mainali,C P Mainali,K P Oli,Mohan Bikram Singh were more revolutionary than Prachande,babu ram where are they and what they are doing now so SID dont worry if communist have 70% vote thats fine if they believe in ballot not a barrel of gun.After all they are coming out of jungle to be civilised as GIRIJA PRASAD has said "a civilised person cant be a Communist".

Girija Prasad himself is the king of Daakas, isint he the one who financed nepali congress with Plane Hijacking and robbing banks. Girija and Congressi didnt even spare ordinary people from robbing back then. I remember older folks saying " Tero Ghar ma Kangress Pasi Jawos" to their enemy.

Girija is the father of all the Daakus....who doesnt hold the gun himself but teaches other little Dakus how to rob without holding the gun. Girija has understood that there is no need of guns or direct killings to rob from people unlike those idiot communists. He is smart enough to know that people can be robbed in a civil way.
