i'm a f-1 status student and i've been filling the tax return for last 4 years as a non-resident but now i'm filing it as a resident. does it makes any difference in future?

If have followed the law , should be a problem now and in future. Now you will be getting better refund or less tax liability.

i applied the assylum case in 2005 from newyourk. father bob is handling my case .my hearing date is march 19th.now i got work permit and i am working in different state in va.now i should have to transfer my case in virginia or i dont need too please how it will efect if i worked in different state? it is elleagable or not? if i must have to transfer my case in va then i dont know the lawer so please elp me and call me. 703 673 6984 suresh.
it was individual hering before now compuer system says master hearing. what is master hearing and what is individual hearing ?thanks for your kind co operation
