Guys i need a legal solution.Any of you guys have work with indian consultancy company.Well i worked with one,they are holding my certain hours money so i stwitch to another company.Now they are trying to scare me that since i breach contract with them they will sue me raay. That contract is not valid one everyone knows that,plus how they exploite fresh passout and use them.Any way any of you guys have idea about it let me know asap please.

The devil is in the details! If you have entered into a legal contract, you could be penalized for breaching it. Find a lawyer who deals with contracts. Some of these guys may provide free intial consultation.

Well I think that the contract should not be valid since the labor laws of the U.S. prohibits binding a employee under contract. Not sure about this though, you can seek legal advice.

ya bro wht u suggest me.I was with one of these indian consultancy company.They hold my 80hrs money then i been asking them for that money for 4 months.As well they pay very low as compare to my billing rate,so i decided to stwitch the company and move to another one with more benefits with vendor permission.Now the previous company is saying that i breach there contrct raay.they will sue for 25,000 raay.But in previous there were many people who have left them like that too.One nepali bro did it last year too in summer itself.These consultancy are all fake everyone know that,how they work and trap people.If the extrem came i will report it to labour depart that they hold my money which is itself a breach of contract too,plus they can't hold people for that stupid contract,they never give copy of that contract to anyone.Last month one guy left them and got fulltime job they didn't do anything this is harassment totally.They should be uniform if that contract really exist otherwise this is just trying to scare people and trying to get there money. Wht you suggest me bro.
