My TPS application is pending and I want to go to Nepal with advance parole. I was in visitor status before but my I 94 is already expired 3 months ago.I got TPS EAD issued before my expiration of I94. I want to go to Nepal for H1b stamping. what should be the reasons to get AP. please someone who has got AP or been to nepal and returned with AP suggest what reasons are valid to get AP and and how should I proceed and file AP. what should be the supporting document in that case. any comments will be highly appreciated.

@raajoo
Thanks for response.
In the form it says: On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered.
As you said you only wrote, " meet my family members". did you provide any other supporting documents ?

Send 2 PP size photos. They gonna need that to print on your advance parole document. Try to stay less than 90 days so as the POE officer not think you were vacationing.
