Hi,
I was working on OPT for past two and half years . I work in IT and my course was also Computer Science. And one more thing I am working right now. I applied for H1 for past two year but got RFE one time and did not get set selected on the lottery the other time (this year). Now the problem is my OPT is going to expire this Sep.
I am trying to apply for ITU for CPT. But the thing is the they ask for WES transcript evaluation. To do that, i need to get send them real certificate back from Nepal. But the deadline is July 15.
Here is where i need your sajhahities help:
1) Does anyone have done WES evaluation, if so can you please let me know how you did it.
2) Is there any other university that provides me CPT?

Thanks Ipman for the link. But the thing with that forum is, it is an old one. Some of the university does not give CPT anymore.

try ece.org exedited (rush) service instead of WES. You dont need to send originals.

I know. They do not care about my Master degree. They just need my bachelor's degree evaluation. I was amazed too. The most amazing part is, they are making me take TOEFL again.

I know what you saying. It like, I do not have lots of option right now. Have to do what they say. Anyway the second option you provided is not bad either. :)

WES ma they ask for originals.. and thats what i did.. have a sealed document and send it over. make sure that the envelop they have ur transcript is sealed

WES process:
1. Apply online in WES
2. You will get some document and tell to print them in Nepal to someone and send him/her TU with this letter and copy of your Transcript .
3. TU will stamp, sealed and give it to the person and he/she can mail directly to WES.
4. Send Diploma Certificate to WES direclty (just photocopy and no need transcript) by you.

simple and it takes approx 15-30 days.

Natra bro yo "Herguan University" try gara...It is black listed though. I have heard from few people that ITU is doing all this lafada knowing that there has been huge rejection or many people did not make it to the lottery this year. I was lucky in one way or other way I applied on Dec and going to this crappy university now and did not have to submit all those paper. But unlucky part is I did not make through lottery twice. I graduated 3 years back :)

Hope u get the lottery next year. If not think of something else. Because next year the chances are very slim. Dhoti haru last gare....there will be 150k dhotis applying next year plus other country which will cross 200k.

Thanks GC bro, will give a try at Herguan University. I really dont understand ITU. Hamro bhanai chha ni swang bhanda bwang thulo. They are exactly like that. It is kind of ridiculous. Tara k garna dont have lots of option.
I think they should have separate quota for US graduate. Whats the point of getting US degree if you cant get permit to work. The most frustrating part is, the one who do not have jobs are getting the H1. I have seen that so many cases. I am regretting that why the hell I did not apply H1 for 2012.

@aaa201 bro same here...I did not apply for 2011, 2012 and here I am looking pathetic. But that is life bro. No one knows what holds for you. Try next year but make sure to make this the last time. Have Plan B and C for next year. That's what I am going to do. If Plan B and C does not work, I decided to go back home. BTW I will be in US for 10 years by that time. Even after being here for a decade and u have nothing and still thinking of this stupid status. This makes me feel pathetic. I would rather go home and do what I have to survive. At least I have a bike and a house to live and do not have to worry about my bills and food. :)
Another year and half will be so. By the end of 2015 either I am in USA or in Nepal.

Heard that next year it is going to be worse..Bro i would say apply for saranarthi or get married to citizen..otherwise you are going to get stressed out every single day

@aaa201 bro sorry to hear that. But can you apply for other classes like MBA and stuff. Check with them if they offer those. For CPT kasaile dherai sodhdaina. MBA garne ani kham IT ma garda pani huncha tara CPT papers haru submit garda alik hosiyaar hunu parcha...
