Hi I currently work for non-profit (quota exempt h1b). I want to find a new employment and found out that my new employer must also be non-profit (quota exempt), if it is for-profit I will be subject to quota. Even if i get a quota when filing, i wont be able to start until october so looks like I will have to find non-profit organization for the new employment.

I think all consultancies are subject to quota. Do you guys have any suggestions? I also have a masters degree so wanting to file my GC
