hello everyone,
Can we apply I-130 and 485 together? Or should I wait to file 485 once I-130 gets approved? My wife she is in Nepal right now.
Any advice and help would be appreciated?

Chiyachurot,
You can only file I-130 if your spouse is outside United States. Your spouse will be notified for further processing once your I-130 gets approved.
I think I-485 can only be filed for adjustment of status if the beneficiary is in the United States.

If your wife is in Nepal. You don;t need to/required to file I485. That is what called as Consular Processing for I130. If benificary is already in US they can either do a Consular Processing or Adjustment of Status. For beneficary outside of Nepal Consular Processing is the only way to go.
