Dallas has better roads, and better public transporation ( in the sense of less traffic and more efficient, New York is a mess)

Dallas has more schools than NYC

Dallas is much affordable than NYC

Population wise it beats NYC in doctors, teachers, hospitals, schools, and many others. Dallas is a new city while NY is an old town.
