Nas, I don't know how are you doing this water diet but it sounds insane and scary at the same time. Also let me ask you something. What are the side effects if you stopped eating all of a sudden. Did you used to do fasting before you went for a water diet. Lamopuri, this morning I ran almost 4 miles and thinking about doing some light cardio during the evening. Drank 5-6 glass of water, are whole wheat bread and omelette, talking about the cigarette, I lit up one earlier but couldn't smoke more than few puffs. I think because of the running this morning my body is not asking for nicotine. I am so happy about that otherwise during the normal days I used to smoke at least one or two by now. Dangg guys, I will love you forever if I see some changes in a few weeks. Thanks to y'all.

@Karnaliblues, You already did cardio this morning(running is cardio). I recommend lifting weights this evening. Trust me, your temptation of smoking will fade away slowly. I also quit it slowly. Smoke 2-3 per day now, then 1-2 per day after couple of weeks. You will forget smoking by one month. Again, good luck bro!

Hahaha, I thought I have to do something else for cardio again. Now you know how dumb I am when it comes to working out. Anyways, I do have a set of 15 pound dumbbell. I am not enroll into any gym at the moment because I am staying temporarily and also not in a situation to spent money. Anyways do you have any helpful tips you can give while lifting weight lamopuri. Also, there are some insanity fitness test videos. I am doing that from last 2 days. Do you recommend that on top of lifting weight too. I am feeling that I am asking too much because I know I can google and find lot's of answer but like I said earlier, I think that listening to somebody's experience is better. Thanks in advance LP.

I know Nas, That's what I am saying because not everybody is used to eating less. When it comes to eating, I eat 2 or 3 times of day but It's little lot portion. I know that's not a good either. Like everybody suggests, eating 5-6 times a day but little portion is good. I will try to maintain that too. Thank you for letting me know about the another type of fasting, Let me go through it and see if I can do it or not. Will let you know Nas, TY.

@karnaliblues, 15 pound dumbells are for women. I started with 20 pound. Now i lift 40-60 pound. But it's ok. you can do body weight exercises for now before joining any gym. You can find lots of body weight exercises on youtube. Watching that would be much more easier than my explanation here.

LP, Thank you. Yeah, as per you said since I am a beginner on lifting weight so I will start out with this 15 pounds, even this is also not mine, it's my roommates but I sure will try my best to join gym asap when I relocate somewhere else. Will do body weight exercise by watching youtube videos. Thanks a lot brother. Will keep you updated.

From my experience, you have to be on diet for weight shedding. I was almost consistently on 1200-1300 calories for the last 4 months (except on some weekends). But what Nas says seems to be extremely difficult ,atleast for me. I read somewhere where Navy or some group of people lose liek 4-7 pounds in a week with cleansing. But they limit to water-only-diet for a day. And @Karnali Blues, I think it's about consistency and maintaining good posture first. If you can do correctly with 15 lbs first, go for it. Even I started with 12-15 lbs (I had never ever done any gym/exercise before) and slowly increased my weight keeping the same reps. Go for it guys. Summer is coming !

Nas, make sure you're with someone else around to monitor your progress. You are going to pass out and probably end up being in the hospital if you really are doing it. That youtube water diet is fad and that guy totally made that up. You can have that feeling of being normal till 7-10 days and afterward, you'll see what I meant. It takes years of practice of spiritual commitment and yoga to accomplish what you are doing. You just can't do it just coz someone did it on Youtube. You have no valid reasons to believe what he's saying out there is true. It's online and people often flaunt online verbally or visually. I know you are trying to get that abs but you are killing yourself, and overall your body frame is gonna shrink. That's not how you do it, dawg. You need big upper body and smaller waist, there are other ways to do it than that fad on youtube. You need to be a watchdog on calories you gulp, and the most importantly, swallow liver tonics like candies. Healthy liver means active liver and that's high metabolism and that means accelerated fat burning. You can still have limited fatty food intake and not get fat. Secret is liver tonic plus cardio and lots of green leafy vegetables. I often tell ppl who don't understand what cardio in layman's term, that just exhaust yourself physically to the point where you feel breathlessness and maintain that for as long as you could but of course should happen gradually. I alternate cardio every other day, like 2 days a week and another 3 days focusing on my other muscle group. I want you to stop this madness. Your internal organs should be bathed with nutrients all time.. water fasting this long is not for urban dwellers like you. If you don't stop, you'll pass out just like that while feeling normal. Believe me, I've seen that happen a lot.
