does anyone here know how to make momo ko achar?-- not that raato tomoto one. i can make that very well :P....i need that of teel ko!. it's been eons i wanted to eat momos with teel ko achaar :D

1. chuk amilo if you do not have it use LEMON ( not your favorite lemoney LEMON) real LEMON .. (O: he he he
2. brown teel ( i think they call it kailo teel )
3. rato khursani ( tons of it. need to make it extra.. hot just for LOOTE )

I think it's pretty simple...let me see..

Roast sesame seeds and some red whole chilli.

Grind it in a grinder along with tomato (kaacho is also fine) and some salt. Add some lemon and lo..your teel ko achaar is ready..:)

HAHA...didn't know it's that easy. i got roasted sesame seeds from indian store the other day. so all i need to do now is motivate myself for letting the ground meat wear sari (muja paarne ke!). hehe...seriously, i love muja paaring momo. it feels like i am holding a lady by her waist and helping her wear sari without petticoat hahahahahahahah :D
