Yes! it is safe. Unless you return within the approved period. Advance Parole will have an approved period during which you can travel. You have to return back during that period. I did my TPS application through a lawyer. I am also filing for advance parole through lawyer. However, lawyer is not required, you can fill it on your own. It is a simple form.

We will see. I have setup an appointment at the USCIS service center for AP tomorrow. We will see how it goes.

The waiting game is over. My case has been approved as well. This thread has been very helpful to track my case.

I just got approval letters for TPS & EAD, no EAD card. Does EAD card come in separate mail?

I had to check the mail box twice. Like i said two letter and one small package with EAD card ....looks like a driving license.

The EAD approval letters works as a proof for employment authorization as well.

Sent: 25 June
Received : July 2 nd
Fingerprint : July 27 th
Approved TPS & EAD : August 12th
Card received : August 20

Is it only me who received only approval letters no EAD card?

I think so. Those letters comes through normal mail. Card comes registered with a tracking number. Do let us know when you get it.

So you can track your card when they send.

Does getting EAD only and no approval letters mean that TPS is not approved yet?

ma-ta-sojho -- If you got your EAD through TPS that means you are approved.

@Mimroramero i have not received tps or ead yet ..it says ead card is being ordered..and for TPS - application is received ...we are processing at Nebraska service centre.....
