you misunderstood man, i said i am looking for someone and make her sutkeri afterwards. It doesn't imply that i will need someone else to make her sutkeri he he he, i was just writing about time gap, aba keti bhettayeko bholipaltai sutkeri bhai halcha ta? bro pani lastai bujidine yar. Anyway you or someone else is most welcome to bring SUTKERI MEDICINE, lastai hasaye yar ketaharule.

The sutkeri medecine that you are talking about is special Gudnpakh. The ingredients that goes in the "Special Gudpakh" = the sutkeri medicine as you named is listed as such
1. Khuwa( its the white thick paste/solid made with milk, and is the main ingredient)
2. Milk/sugar/Ghee
3. Guda ( its a yellow colored stuff, when fried in Ghee, turnes very cripsy and chewy)
4. lots of shreded drided coconut
5. Shreded dates ( Date: nepali name is chokeda, look it up in wiki you will get the picture)
6. Cashew nuts, raisins, almonds, sukemal( should be just few)
7. Herbal mixture( its a special ingredient for sutkeri, I don't know what it contains, but it can be purchaged in any of Baidhyakhana in Kathmandu).
Method of cooking:
1. In hot ghee, fry all the ingredients one at a time, in the order Guda, coconut, dates and cashew nutsand rest, and take them out in a conatainer, and set it aside.
2. Meanwhile in the other pot, boil milk for at least 30 minutes(medium heat) so that it becomes thick ( the volume of the milk should be condensed down at least to the half of what you've started with)
3. In the same ghee from step 1, stir in the herbal mixture very briefly, less than 3 minutes under medium heat.( be care ful not to smoke, otherwise the entire desert tastes bitter)
4. Now stir in Khuwa, mix it homogeneously, and pour the milk that had been condensed and let it simmer until you get the consistency you want. While simmering, add all the ingredints that you fried in step 1. At this point you might want to add sugar. But adding sugar is optional. Sometimes the herbal mixture has its strong flavor, so using sugar dampens it a little bit.
5. Pour the entire content into a air-tight container, and if you paln to store this medicine for longer, make sure to top it off with some melted ghee( preserves the food)

This place some times gets nasty and turns to a joke. I have seen that special ingreadiant to be mixed with various nuts turns bettert than the khuwa/pustakari. I am pretty sure you will get that ingreadient in Indian grocery store. Or email me.
Let be back tomorrow, I may have the name of that ingreadiant.
However, Stay way from fatty food, back home it was the best source and works too.
