my mom in NY on visit visa. she came here in 2007, stayed for 6 months and went back. she came back in 2010 sep. this time we extented visa. now she will stay for 1 year and will go back on june. we really want her to come back in 2 months this time. our plan is she will leave NYC in june and will come back in august. but someone says one has to out of country more than 6 months in order to come back. is that true? any lawyers in sajha? or better who knows?
P.S. I did not google it ;) thank you

She can come the next day she lands in kathmandu. This is the provision of multiple visit visa. However, the officer at port of entry can stamp her I-94 with less than 6 months authorized stay.
