my yahoo email hacked , i can not sign in yahoo email, secret answer and alternative email all does not work,,, can anybody help how to create new password or just cancel this yahoo address...

I was having the same problem with one of my yahoo yestarday, but today morning woke up and its working fine. It think it was just a glitch on their side.

There is no way getting that back. The hacker should have changed all your personal information so that you can't go through forgot password option too. You can contact yahoo, but of course, for free email system, customer service is very bad. However try contacting yahoo. Otherwise I don't see any option.

Using new computer does not restore ur yahoo.

No matter who hacked your password,  the hacker can't change your secret answers, zip code, and date of birth...unless that person knows you very well. If that e-mail account is that important to you, the i'll suggest you to call Yahoo customer service @ (408) 349-3300
