I have been staying in Concord New Hampshire for almost a month now. I haven't seen any Nepalese out here. Just curious if I am the only one out here.

You can email me if you want to get connected with Nepalese in NH. We usually get together and celebrate Dashain. I will keep you posted.

Hahahaha...Good Question but my guess is they might have few clients in every nepalese house and that will make them hard to leave their house....

Which part of NH you’re residing?
Let's not be negative or critical to own community. We have Ph.D. and 3-4 MS degree holders. Most of them are nice and intellectual it depends on whom you are interacting.

Let's not judge by the work, it is just to follow the Nepali culture even coming to USA. Let's broaden our horizon. Hindu culture is divided by Wealth and work that is how we got the cast system. Lower the cast inferior the work. But it does not apply here, work is worshiped.

One time, a deputy director confronted with a junior staff in XYZ office arguing and lecturing in English that he is senior than him. That fellow answers him back in English better than him (He was an English Tutor) saying that this is my office and I am the boss of my office, you may be yours, Keep it in mind, this is not your office. He judged the other fellow by his work and position.

We do that very often; we have not consolidated our culture with our fellow Nepalese. We treat Local Americans and our fellow Nepal very differently as we did in Nepal and we could not leave without it. That reminds me”' बर्मा गए कर्मै सँग , अमेरिका आए धर्म सँग".

Switchbord.com will give you name, address and telephone. Type and find these guys.

Sharma, shrestha, rana, shah, adhikari, thapa, bista, Gautama, cherty, bansnet, Nepal, rimal, hoda, karki, rayamajhi and so on will list all.
How you landed in Concord, NH I mean how you hooked up there. No University, no colleges in Concord. It is a capital and very tiny city but by passes RT 93 and starts Rt 85 to go to Vermont and Montreal.
Good luck in NH, Have winter tires and prepare for winter. Last year we did not have enough snow and this might be the worst year. I hear it show in May too.
