I didn't receive any text message/email/receipt of my I485 package that I mailed to Chicago Lockbox 10 days ago. Is anyone in the same boat?

 Ah, received emails today. Deported - I sent a personal check. 

Thats good kailoketa. And keep checking your bank account too. Once they are cashed it will be lot relief.

 @deported: they already submitted the check and the transfer is being processed by the bank. life is full of paradox - to be happy at someone withdrawing over a grand from your account :)

kailoketa, so true brother, life sure is full of paradox. Anyways, I am waiting for them to withdraw money from my account too. Can you please mention how long it took them to withdraw? Did they withdraw the amount as soon as they received the documents or it took few days. Thanks in advance.

A month isn't that uncommon these days. Don't get anxious and try to remain patient. 

Good luck guys, i got my biometrics appointment, i have heard there will be no interview for cases thay have been processed at national benefits centre. Hopefully we will get there soon.

@deported: i am not entirely sure about the interviews being waived for cases processed at NBC. you might want to check the Waiver of Adjustment Interviews in Certain Immediate Relative One-Stop Applications section of this document from USCIS. it lists those cases for which there are interview waivers and the "family pack" isn't listed in that particular category. and this document, more recent, appears to touch upon the topic of interview waivers from an I-864 perspective, even if brief.
